SUMMER CAMPS RESGISTRATION FORM

FULL DAY CAMPS: 8:15 a.m. -5:15 p.m. with extended day starting at 7:45 a.m.
Ages: Rising Kindergarten - Rising 6th Grade $180 / week

Bring a bagged lunch and 2 snacks daily. Monday bring a white T-shirt. Have a performance for friends & family at 4:30.

HALF-DAY CAMPS: 12:30 -5:00* p.m. with extended day starting at 7:45 a.m. $100 / week

*Music camps times are slightly different
